*Please note that all transit times quoted on our website are provided by our 3rd party shipping carriers. Some orders may incur shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our control, such as COVID-19.

We currently ship to all 50 US States via UPS 2 Day. In most cases, orders placed before 3 pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will ship out the following day.​

Return & Exchange Policy

We greatly value your business and we genuinely thank you for your purchase. We offer a 30-day full refund policy for unused and unopened items. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products. To initiate a return or for any damaged or defective products, kindly email us at: swaespa@gmail.com and they will assist you.

We've made a commitment to offering as much product guidance as possible with the help of trained estheticians here at Swae'. Everything we sell is used first by them. We also recommend scheduling a Custom Facial to receive the full expertise and help one may need. Emailing or calling is also available for those who may not be close by!
